Our Mombasa Safari booking policy is designed to ensure that everyone who books with us enjoys their tour experience. Here are some of the key features of our safari booking policy:
Transportation and Accommodation
- Your transport and accommodation arrangements are to be confirmed upon payment of the deposit
- On arrival, travellers will be picked up at the port of entry and will be dropped off at the airport once their safari/vacation is complete
- The client is entitled to a refund of the transportation cost, should the company fail to drop off or pick them up.
- In the event that the company fails to reserve accommodation, the client will be eligible for a full refund of their accommodation fee.
Cancellations
Clients are allowed to cancel their holidays for any given reason. However, cancellations made 60 days prior to your departure date are deemed last minute unless they occur under reasons of force majeure or failure, on your part, to pay the final balance.
When and if this happens, the company treats your booking as cancelled, and as such, the free cancellation policy will not apply.
Special Requests
Make sure to include any special requests at the time of booking. These include dietary restrictions, private safari requests, babysitting arrangements etc.
Travelling with Children
Should you travel with a child that does not share your surname, we recommend carrying documents that prove you have permission to travel with them.
The company will not be held liable should you be denied entry to the country due to this reason.
